Project Review and Client Feedback
The review process consists of giving the client the opportunity to actually see and navigate the website from the eye of a visitor by taking time to review accordingly. This is where the client can request for specific changes within the scope of the project design process at no additional charge, as well as providing feedback about what they like and probably what they want to change or modify.
The new website will be sent for review for a limited time frame after which we will all agree to a project completion and to launch the website live.
Project Deployment and Delivery
After the site development has been completed, and that the client agrees and satisfies with the work, we will launch the website live. From now the new site will be visible to the world and anyone can visit it geographically. This step assumes that the client already has his own domain name and web hosting account. Certainly CDN Horizon also provides hosting and domain name services at monthly or yearly standard rates. So typically we will take in charge all of the work load for our client.
This process also involves sites migration to the remote servers, we will then need credential access details in order to complete the migration process.
Ongoing Care and Support
From the point that the website has been launched, we will move into the ongoing support phase of the actual site. This is a very important step that requires a lot of attention for your new website and for your business activities. This means that the website needs to be cared, updated and maintained to ensure its availability, security and performance.
We will always be there to assist and help you providing with our best all the times. Changes to the website will be covered under our websites care and maintenance services at additional charge. We will also evaluate if the change request should be considered under a separate project scope.
